Shumate Mechanical's dedicated staff of project managers are assigned to projects of all types and complexity to match experience.

Providing a single source of responsibility for project coordination, communication, scheduling, and workforce staffing, project managers work hand-in-hand with our pre-construction staff to achieve a seamless project transition to construction. Understanding that customer service adfvsatisfaction is of utmost priority, each project has a dedicated project manager from beginning to end of the project. 

Field Services

Project managers supervise and support foremen in the field that head various teams that include sheetmetal, piping, insulation and automation. A projet may require one or multiple of these teams who work to complement each other under the project manager directive. 

Thinking "Green"

Some of our project management team are LEED accredited and Green Advantage. They understand requirements and coordination required to achieve a sustainable buildings and LEED certification. Shumate Mechanical embraces a philosophy that all team members from Pre-Construction to Construction need to be educated regarding green solutions for optimum results on LEED or other projects with a goal to be "Green".
