Shumate Mechanical installed 3 roof top units, 7 mini split systems, 62 power induction units and 4 variable air volume units to the two storey building. The Shumate Automation team installed a Trane Tracer Summit DDC system that included custom graphics and schedules to easily manage conditions in the building.
