Mixed use projects often have retail, residential and entertainment spaces housed under one roof and each has different HVAC needs that need to be met. Shumate has worked on multiple mixed use projects that include the 25 story Aqua Luxury Condominium building (Atlanta, GA) that houses 83 luxury condos, the 33 story office and condo RBC Tower in (Raleigh, NC) and the Somerby Senior Living (Mount Pleasant, SC). Our field crews worked together to install equipment, ductwork, insulation, controls and piping for all the residential areas as well the common shared spaces.
