Somerby Senior Living is a high-quality provider of senior housing and retirement living communities in three states. We installed the mechanical system per engineer plans and specifications at the new Alpharetta location. Equipment installed included a dehumidification unit, 188 vertical package terminal a/c units, 82 package terminal a/c units, 43 split systems, 3 modular air handling units, 18 power induction units, 374 bathroom exhaust fans, 11 exhaust fans, 6 variable frequency drives, 2 air curtains, 56 electric unit heaters and 3 duct heaters. Also installed were duct work, insulation, refrigerant piping, and controls.
