The renovation and addition to this existing high school began at the end of the 2009-2010 school year. The first phase of this project included the renovation of Basement and the 1st & 3rd floors. The work on this phase was required to be completed by beginning of the 2010-2011 school year (August 6, 2010, a goal that our team successfully met. Scope of work for this chilled water System included installation of chilled water system including Piping, Ductwork and Insulation. Equipment installed included 4 Carrier chillers, 12 Taco pumps, 4 Raypak boilers, 3 Trane chilled water air handling units, 4 Inline exhaust fans, 24 Roof Mounted exhaust fans, 1 Aaon energy recovery unit, 4 Aaon Rooftop Units, 9 Trane Rooftop Units 102 Powered Induction Units, 10 variable air volume Units, 5 ductless split systems, 2 split systems, 2 Kitchen Hoods, 1 Makeup Air Unit and 11 unit heaters. The Direct Digital Control System was installed by Control Concepts. Phase II of this installation is slated to be completed by the end of October, 2010.
