Owens Store Road Middle School (renamed to Creekland Middle School) was a pre-engineered chilled water HVAC poject. On this job we installed air cooled chillers and boilers (two pipe system) with fan coil units and energy recovery units serving the two story classroom area. It also has roof top units which serve the cafeteria, gymnasium and office areas.
