On this project we installed the mechanical system per plan and spec to ensure comfort to both students and faculty. Equipment installed consists of 2 Marley cooling towers, 3 energy recovery units, 8 Trane rooftop units, 5 Raypak boilers, 28 Trane air handling units, 144 Trane power induction units, 72 Trane variable air volume units, 1 Armstrong tower pump, 6 Taco hot water pumps, 6 Taco chilled water pumps, 4 Cook supply air fans, 38 exhaust fans and 6 Reznor unit heaters. DDC system that controls the HVAC equipment on site was installed by Trane.
