Pinnacle Medical office is a 2 story building where the Shumate team installed 40 and 60 ton Trane intellipak units to meet the buildings heating & cooling needs. We run ductwork throughout the building and installed 2 5 ton stairway conditioners and terminal units (PIUs & VAVs). The Shumate Automation group put in the Trane Tracer Summit DDC system and this entailed programming and running wire to equipment, building and installing custom graphics, setting up schedules and providing the owner with training on how to operate the controls system.
