The Spivey Station Surgery Center is an ASC (ambulatory surgery center), outpatient or same day surgery center. We installed the mechanical system per plans and specs to ensure doctor's and patient's comfort needs. The equipment installed for the base build consist of a York chiller, 3 air handling units, York rooftop unit, 5 Cook exhaust fans, 5 TPI electric heaters, 21 power induction units and 2 variable air volume units. Additional equipment was installed as tenants build out on the floors. To monitor this delicate environment, Johnson Controls installed Direct Digital Controls.
