The Jackson Healthcare company corporate headquarters is a 5 story building located in Alpharetta, Ga. Shumate Mechanical installed the mechanical system per plan and spec to ensure comfort for all. Equipment installed include a two cell Evapco cooling tower, make up air unit, 41 Trane power induction units, 23 Trane variable air volume units, 5 split systems, 3 wall mounted package units, 4 water source heat pumps, 9 fans and 7 electric heaters. Johnson Controls installed a DDC system that allows central management of the HVAC equipment.
