The Lakes at Northpoint is a three story, 44,860 sq. ft. office building located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Shumate Mechanical installed the HVAC system on this project, installing equipment that included 5 Penn Barry exhaust fans, 30 Trane Power Induction Units, 10 Trane variable air volume Units and 3 Trane roof top units. The Shumate Automation team installed Trane direct digital controls for this project, complete with custom graphics.
