The Townpark Ravine III office is a 4 story building where in addition to running ductwork and piping, we installed 2 Evapco cooling towers, mini split systems, Taco pumps, 4 Trane self contained units on each floor, 83 power induction units, 36 variable air volume units and electric heaters. The Shumate Automation group installed a Trane Tracker Direct Digital Control system to give building engineers a means to manage the HVAC equipment.
