Built in 1927, the former Macy's Building in downtown Atlanta underwent a dramatic makeover to become a vibrant event center that will host conferences, weddings, parties and other special events. Shumate Mechanical installed the new HVAC system per plan and spec. Equipment installed consists of 1 Captive make up air unit, 3 Trane water source heat pumps, 13 Metalaire variable air volume units, 2 Thermolec electric duct heaters and 2 exhaust fans.
