This project required the install of a tempered water loop HVAC system for the classrooms, labs, gynasium and administrative offices. Shumate Mechanical installed equipment that included Climate Master water source heat pumps, Lennox roof top units & Evapco cooling towers. To manage the HVAC equipment, Controls Concepts Inc (CCI) installed DDC controls.
