Shumate Mechanical installed the chilled water HVAC mechanical system to ensure comfort to both faculty and students. Equipment installed includes a chiller, 7 air handling units, 37 variable air volume units, 4 pumps and 18 exhaust fans. Direct digital controls were installed by Johnson Controls.
