Gwinnett Physicians Center is a 4 story medical building that Shumate Mechanical installed, started up and commissioned all HVAC equipment that includes 8 Trane VAV roof top units, 142 Trane terminal units, 7 unit heaters, exhaust fans and roof hoods. To control the building equipment, a Trane Tracer Summit building automation system was installed.
