The Paulding Physicians medical office building is a 3 story 76,000 sq ft building that was completed in 2007. Equipment installed for the base building and tenants included 3 Trane roof top units, 86 Trane terminal units, electric heaters and exhaust fans. The Shumate Automation team installed and programmed the buildings direct digital controls, complete with custom graphics that reflected the tenants in the space. The Trane Tracer Summit system installed provides the end user with an interface to monitor and control the buildings HVAC system.
