The 13 story Aquarium Hilton Garden Inn sits on one block of downtown Atlanta real-estate and contains 242 rooms, restaurants, parking and retail space. On this project Shumate installed 242 LG PTAC units to provide guests a conditioned room space as well as Trane water source heat pumps, Aaon roof top units, Semco energy recovery units, 80 electric heaters and 2 Baltimore Air cooling towers for the comfort of all. The Shumate Automation department installed the building's Trane Tracer Summit DDC system.
