For optimal temperatures in all the areas, Shumate installed, 2 York air cooled chillers, 4 Addison roof top units, exhaust fans, 11 electric heaters, 1 Dectron pool unit, 204 chilled water fan coil units for room conditioning and 26 Trane fan coil units for the lobby and common areas.
