Shumate Mechanical engineered and provided installation of the HVAC system for this 50,000 sf two-story office building to include 3 Trane Intellipak Rooftop Units- 2 40-ton and 1 75-ton, 30 Powered Induction Units, 6 variable air volume Units and 2 split systems. Building had a Direct Digital Controls System provided by Trane and installed by Shumate Mechanical.
