The Exchange Recreation Center is a facility for the Dekalb County residents that contains offices and program spaces for dance, aerobics and a gymnasium. Brasfield & Gorrie contracted Shumate Mechanical to install 9 Trane roof top units, 1 ductless split system, 3 exhaust fans, 1 wall fan, 3 electric ceiling heaters and thermostats.
