This Gateway One project was the construction of a new 143,000 sq.ft. 5 storey office building in Suwanee, Georgia. The HVAC equipment installed included 2 Evapco cooling towers, 2 Trane air handling units, 110 Johnson power induction units, 41 Johnson variable air volume units, 5 Trane self containment units, 4 pumps, 4 variable air frequency drives, 7 Penn exhaust fans, 1 outside air fan and 1 return air fan. Direct digital controls were installed by Johnson Controls.
